Psoriasis & diet...
8 years ago my psoriasis was so bad I paid to see a private dermatologist. He told me, in no uncertain terms, that diet had absolutely no impact psoriasis.
Fast forward to 2019 and it is a very different story. Despite medical opinion on diet and psoriasis, more and more research and anecdotal evidence is appearing every day to back up the fact that diet has a significant impact on this skin condition, and many others.
Below are some of the research I have collated over the years on diet and psoriasis. In this particular study, 5 of the 5 patients all experiences an improvement in their condition following the Pagano Regime (basically a microbiome diet). That is 100% success rate with no side effects. Which drugs are doing that?
People who have cleared psoriasis through diet
There are no shortage of people who have cleared psoriasis through diet. Here are some of the people who have had an impact on me:

And many others on YouTube, Instagram ( Like @skin_within_warrior, @letsbeatpsoriasis, @livingwithpsoriasisUK) and people on the Psoriasis Healing Warriors on Facebook.
It makes me sad that there are people, like myself, so desperate and let down by doctors and pharmaceutical companies that they are getting their health advice from people online, instead of the specialists who are getting paid significant salaries.
With all these kind of results, it begs the question, why are we offering expensive and, in some cases, very dangerous drugs over functional food therapy as the first line of treatment for psoriasis and other skin conditions?
